What To Do If You Have an Accident or Loss? 

• Don’t leave the scene.
   
• Contact the police immediately.  Be sure to record the officers name, badge number and Case Number of the Report.
   
• Do not discuss the accident with anyone but the police, PENTECO, or the Insurance Claims Office.
   
• Do not admit fault or disclose your coverage amount.
   
• Write down the names, addresses, and telephone numbers of all people involved or who witnessed the accident.
   
• Write down the insurance information of all drivers involved (Insurance Company Name, Policy Number and Claims Office Phone Number).
  
  
• Take pictures of the accident scene if you have a camera with you.
  
  
• Write down the name of the street and city that the accident occurred.
   
• Report the claim IMMEDIATELY to the Insurance Claims Office. (See Claims' phone numbers listed below)
